The time is upon us. The NFL Combine has commenced. This means that the best Juniors and Seniors in college football from the 2009 season gather to try to wow the NFL scouts with their bench press, 40 times, personal interviews, and many other drills and procedures.  The NFL Combine can only mean one thing…the NFL draft is near.

I’ve used the NFL draft as a reason to sit on the couch and drink beer all day in the offseason for years, as I’m sure many of you do as well.  It’s an amazing day, with a matter of a couple of draft spots meaning the difference in millions of dollars on a player’s contract.  It’s a fascinating process watching a kid’s dreams come true by getting selected by an NFL team.

Now, with that being said, what the hell are we supposed to do with the weeks leading up to the NFL Draft?  We here at The Best Damn Poll in the Land have a solution for you.  Get ready for TBDPITL’s 1^st Annual Mock NFL Draft!

That’s right, several members have signed up to represent every NFL team.  This should be a very exciting offseason activity.  In the next few days, I’ll also be posting write-ups on teams draft needs that have been written by our members and myself here in the In Your Face News Section, then we’ll be ready to start!
